PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Three different possibilities to present in RESURBE III.
A) Full Oral Presentation

Panel with 4-5 speakers

15 minutes for each individual presentation.

The organizing committee recommends 15 slides MAXIMUM (including 1 front page and one end page, as per template).

Questions and answers by the audience at the end of the panel.

Deadline for submitting the presentations in PPT and PDF: 12th February 23.00 GMT
B) Flash Oral Presentation

Panels with 6-8 speakers, in 2 rounds
-
5 minutes for each individual presentation.

The organizing committee recommends 5-10 slides maximum (including 1 front page and one end page, as per template).

Questions and answers by the audience at the end of each round of 3-4 speakers.

Deadline for submitting the presentations in PPT and PDF: 12th February 23.00 GMT
C) Speakers’ Corner

Two different forms to present: Posters or Videos.

Deadline for submitting to Speakers’ Corner: 12th February 23.00 GMT

Posters. A1 format using the poster template. A digital copy of the poster shall be submitted prior the conference. It is the author responsibility to bring the poster and to place it within the allocated space. We are unable to print posters. The author will present the poster in the Speakers’ Corner section.

Videos. 3 minutes maximum.

The video will be shown on a loop, in a dedicated space, during the entire conference.

Video can be recorded using a presentation with the software zoom (www.zoom.us).
All presenters MUST register through the RESURBE3 website and the presenting author shall pay the registration fee as soon as possible.
Each register author may give no more than one contribution (full oral or flash oral or speakers’ corner).
Authors unable to travel to Mexico City for the conference may opt for presenting in a videoconference format.
The registration fee must be paid also by non-attending authors.
Please note that presentations, posters and videos NOT following the guidelines and the instruction, or submitted after the deadline may be rejected and excluded from the conference program.
